Sea to Sea - Arrived

Lighthouse in Liverpool, Nova Scotia
Lighthouse in Liverpool, Nova Scotia
After a 5-day stay in Toronto area visiting family, we were off again on the way to the east coast and our search for a new home.  The trip to visit daughter, Leah, in Burlington, Vermont took only one day from Toronto.  This meant we had time for a slightly longer time there and even managed to have a 2 hour sail on Lake Champlain enjoying the memories of our first experience on the lake 43 years ago on our honeymoon.

Leaving our dear Siamese cat, Samundar, with Leah to keep her company during the winter we resumed our trek by car to Nova Scotia taking in the rolling farmlands and green mountains in Vermont and New Hampshire followed by sea glimpses in Maine before entering Canada at St. Stephens, New Brunswick and then on to Nova Scotia and the Atlantic Ocean.

The Sea to Sea Adventure completed, today we are taking possession of our rented cottage on the sea and resuming our seach for a new home.
